Terms and Conditions

If you don’t understand our Terms and Conditions, please ask:

  • All equipment hired for a weekend must be returned by Monday 15:00. All equipment hired on a weekday needs to be returned before 15:00 the following day. Late returns charged per item per day. No exceptions.
  • Any loss, breakage or theft is the customer’s responsibility and replacement costs will be paid by the customer on Monday after the function (no exceptions).
  • All equipment and linen needs to be opened and checked before leaving our premises. All linen stained, discoloured, burnt or with candle wax, the replacement cost will be paid by the customer on the day of return.
  • All equipment and linen to be returned clean, dirty items charged form R0.55 to R3.95. No exceptions.
  • Any injuries or deaths sustained by any individual, or their property using our equipment or services or visiting our premises will be solely the responsibility of the individual or individuals concerned.
  • Please note that a deposit is required on all items hired with a certified proof of residence and ID, it is to be brought in, emailed or faxed through seven days prior to your function. No exceptions. This booking deposit will be deducted from final invoice.
  • The drivers are instructed not to off load any equipment before payment or proof of payment is given.
  • Delivery only on order about R2000. Travel fees applicable R4.50 p/km.
  • All cancellation will forfeit all monies paid. Please only place your order if you are 100% sure you need the full order. No exceptions.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to function venues or private homes. It is solely the responsibility of the person who hires the items. Replacement will be charged on all items missing.
  • We are only able to help you during our working hours. Last pick up 15:00 and last return 15:00. Consultations by APPOINTMENT ONLY during and after hours available. No exceptions.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any items once they have left our premises, you need to check them whether you are in a hurry or not. Please ensure that you open up and check all your linen and glassware before you sign for it.
  • All items to be checked in and out by the customer whether you are in a hurry or not.
  • No orders will be given to any customers who do not abide by our conditions. By paying the deposit, you accept all conditions regarding cancellations, payments and postponements.
  • Orders not collected will forfeit all monies paid.
  • The customer must make all changes and cancellations in writing. If a written notice of cancellation is NOT received from the client three months before the function, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the pro forma invoice charged for immediate payment by the client.
  • No orders will be given out until our terms and conditions are read and signed for. Please make sure your order is 100% correct before leaving our premises as it is your responsibility thereafter.
